The female who wrote this tripe is a CRUZ-Aide swilling propagandist and a moron.

Is she one of Amanda Carpenter's rivals for Ted's affections?

[Lay off the sauce Miss Hagelin before you write your next column.]

Maybe this twit is Mistress #6 (or 8, depending on the count).

Her brainwashed drivel sounds like she’s had a hefty gargle of Cruz in the not too distant past...

Ted Cruz, by sending these creepy fascist "Voting Violation" mailers, violated the following federal election laws.

The following is an image of a mailer Senator Ted Cruz sent out intimidating and threatening voters. It contains voter information and the information of the voter's neighbors.

It threatens "follow up notices" with no doubt information about if the voter voted in the caucus.

It intends to intimidate a person into voting by threatening to disclosure to the neighbors the person's voting record.

What does Ted Cruz expect the person receiving this notice to do to their neighbors for not voting as he demands?

What might happen to the voter if the neighbors are informed the voter has not voted as Ted Cruz expects?

These are direct threats and intimidations in violation of federal election, civil rights, and postal laws.

The following PDF document link outlines the federal election laws and the government's position on such matters for the purposes of prosecution.

Federal Prosecution of Election Offenses Seventh Edition, May 2007

The following sections are from the above document. I've condensed and paraphrased the document to the important words.

42 U.S. Code § 1973gg-10 - Criminal penalties (violation of election law)
A person in any election for Federal office knowingly and willfully intimidates, threatens, or coerces, or attempts to intimidate, threaten, or coerce, any person for registering to vote, or voting, or attempting to register or vote; urging or aiding any person to register to vote, to vote, or to attempt to register or vote; shall be fined or imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both.

18 U.S. Code § 594 - Intimidation of voters
Whoever intimidates, threatens, coerces, or attempts to intimidate, threaten, or coerce, any other person for the purpose of interfering with the right of such other person to vote or to vote as he may choose, or of causing such other person to vote for, or not to vote for, any candidate for the office of President or Vice President shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.

Because those polls are all wrong and far too far out!

It's like the same people claiming that ALL GOP WOMEN HATE TRUMP; which is an extremely stupid thing to claim.

Cruz's tax plan would initially cost less than Trumps, would lead to greater real GDP growth and more investment as well as personal income.

And best of all it is NOT a progressive tax.

HARRISBURG, Pa. – Texas Sen. Ted Cruz has won a case in Pennsylvania's highest court that had challenged his eligibility to appear on the state's GOP primary ballot and serve as president.

The state Supreme Court order Thursday upheld a lower-court judge's decision to dismiss the case.

A Pittsburgh resident and registered Republican voter, Carmon Elliott, had argued that Cruz isn't eligible to run for president or to appear on Pennsylvania's April 26 primary ballot because he was born in Canada.

Commonwealth Court Judge Dan Pellegrini ruled March 11 that common law precedent and statutory history maintain that an eligible candidate includes any person born to an American citizen, regardless of where.

Elliott had acknowledged that Cruz's mother was born in the United States and has been a U.S. citizen her whole life.

BTW I would be open to arguments to the contrary but I find all of the juvenile insults and name calling by the Trump people less than compelling.

LOL...I hadn't thought about that, but now that you mention it.......

Either she is one of Teddy's "girls", or desperately wants to be.

A lifetime of studying the Constitution and American history developed Ted Cruz’s thinking and approach to governing, and provides the basis for his public policy prescriptions. The Constitution is Ted Cruz’s compass, his North Star.

******************************************************

If he has studied the Constitution and American history he knows he is not eligible.
Then again, Obama is not either.

You've got it my friend.

I've been a loyal Republican since 1980. And in the nearly 30 years since Reagan left the White House, all we've done is "fight."

We've "fought" for the unborn, yet the unborn are still not protected.

We've "fought" for family values, but cross-dressers are sharing locker rooms with our daughters.

We've "fought" for the middle class, yet they have largely disappeared.

We've "fought" for jobs, but they're all in China and Mexico.

We've "fought" for education, yet we've raised the poorest educated generation in American history.

We've "fought" for national security, yet we're importing terrorists by the boatloads and squandering American lives and treasure in hellholes against enemies we have no intention of defeating.

We've "fought" for stronger borders, but they are a sieve.

I'm sick and tired of the "fighting" politicians. It's time to get something done. Ted Cruz ain't the one to do it.

If Donald Trump does nothing more than obtain better trade deals, he'll have done more than any Republican since Reagan.

He clearly didn’t think the Constitution was clear on the role of Congress involving treaties, since he was all for giving Obama fast track authority.

You don't understand Cruz's tax plans at all. Relying on stupid talking head/pundits for what you believe is stupid.

A VAT is far WORSE than a "progressive tax" and it's on top of a 10% income tax. Just how bereft of math skills are you?

Let me explain this so that even YOU can comprehend it.

First of all, a product gets a VAT tax on every part of its production and every step of its manufacture. No company is going to just "eat" that TAX, so it gets passed along. And just WHO pays all of those taxes, at the end of the line?

YOU DO AND KEEPING THE INCOME TAX EVEN A LOWERED ONE, MEANS THAT THE INCOME TAX CAN ALWAYS BE RAISED, AT ANY TIME, BY CONGRESS !

Trump does worse in every Poll now.

Reagan looked like the worst GOP candidate as well.

Same old empty Cruz talking points.

The guy is a complete fraud, and every vote for him is a vote for Hillary.

Once the populace gets a look at this, everyone, except demented Cruzdavidians, will have a negative view od Teddy.”

And there’s more of that out there. It’s absolutely astounding anyone believes that guy has a chance in the general.
