But....given the mayor’s look-at-me stuff, there are probably major protests, disruptions, overtime for city workers, pretty soon the city has financial, legal issues and ......Trump has a nice dinner.

So by abridging Trump’s 1st Amendment free speech rights, this low-information mayor is arguably violating the 14th Amendment regardless that Trump is not a resident of California.
