In order that we might all raise the level of discourse and expand our language abilities, here is the daily post of "Word for the Day".
Panoply
Noun
2. Ceremonial attire with all accessories: a portrait of the general in full panoply.
3. Something that covers and protects: a porcupine's panoply of quills.
4. The complete arms and armor of a warrior.
Rules: Everyone must leave a post using the Word for the Day in a sentence.
The sentence must, in some way, relate to the news of the day.

Oh, yeah. It’s time for my annual message that the pro-life community should celebrate the Annunciation like it’s Christmas. That’s when the Lord came to be with us. Not 9 months later when He was born.
We have a state budget. Only 9 months late. Wolf will not sign it, but will pocket it and it will become law.
He’s already proposed next year’s budget based on the things he didn’t get this year.
