Which leads us to a more profound question. Will change come by millions of individuals choosing to alter their habits? Or would we be better off investing in collective action?

I vote "question the original premise of this whole train of logic". Since the Earth is not being destroyed, no action is necessary by me. Others can wallow in misery and eat grass as much as they want, voluntarily.

I do eat some honey, but mainly maple syrup. I’m not vegan for the animal rights aspect. I’m doing Gerson therapy for a Cancer diagnosis. Honey has amazing healing properties, so I do use it even though it’s not vegan. Manuka honey is the bomb dot com for healing, so that’s what I use.

It is an individual decision based on each individual's rational hierarchy of values. It is the intellectual trap to deny one's own rational desires, and believe that one's rational decisions should be based on and conform to a preconceived standard set by others.
