This is Cruz’s former business partner, former roommate, and lifelong friend. His name is David Panton. If you take the time to research, you can read all about the private equity/investment management scam that Panton and Cruz pulled off in Jamaica. Panton is quite a shady character, professionally and personally. He’s moved his private equity/investment/bankster business to Atlanta, last I checked. He has no shortage of critics of his business practices and his private life is pretty sketchy too.

It's so funny---Cruzers simply don't want to know, hide their head in the sand rather than look into Ted's and Heidi's past.
