Former Mexican leader Felipe Calderon says he does not understand why Americans would vote for Donald Trump, calling the Republican presidential candidate "completely crazy" and "not very well-informed".

He further explained in the interview with CNBC that the border wall Trump plans to erect if elected is "stupid" and "completely useless".

Hey Calderon, American has endured nearly eight years of a president implementing stupid and useless ideas. One more stupid, useless idea, if that’s how you view it, shouldn’t make that big a difference. Now go away.

Former El Presidente, if the Donald says he will build a wall and Mexico will pay for it, he will build a wall and Mexico will pay for it. Start saving your pesos!

It wouldn’t have to be a literal wall. Just give it over to the military to secure it and they will secure it.

Even a massive wall won't work, if there is nobody there to impose consequences for trying to cross it.

Conversely, even an 8-foot fence will work, IF the military is prepared to use deadly force against anybody trying to cross it.

Trump’s wall is the easiest thing to build if we started collecting a toll entering USA.

Trump is the very first America politician who is standing up for America. In over one entire generation. Anywhere.

Yes, indeed, and if anyone can get that wall built, it's Donald.

A wall is a bad idea.

We should implement a plan to bus illegals back home. The need for thousands of buses would create thousands of jobs in the auto industry and related businesses. It would reduce the current oil glut by using huge amounts of petroleum products in countless bus trips, putting tens of thousands of oil workers back to work. It would put the price of oil to record levels thereby stabilizing the world economy. And the world would be saved! /s

——Trump should blow up his vineyard and do it to every ex-President of Mexico——

You are probably right and a good reason Trump should never see the inside of the Oval office...

not all less than beautiful women are actually ugly.

Jeb!'s wife is ugly in all facets. This is the woman who didn't want to become a U.S. citizen but did so only to vote for her father-in-law...and after being in this country for 30+ years, still barely speaks English.

And let's remember she also tried to smuggle in tens of thousands worth of goodies back to the U.S. from Paris shopping without paying tariffs. Those without political connections get arrested for that type of behavior.

Last, and certainly not least, she's an abysmal failure as a mother. Daughter the druggie and son George P who is even more useless than his dad (with the bonus of calling Border Patrol agents racist for doing their jobs). Jeb shares responsibility on the parenting front...but the stay-at-home madre who refuses to Americanize is at least as culpable.

As for the outside, she's not "less than beautiful." She's ugly by any objective standard.

People might tunnel under but those are expensive projects that will raise the cost of crossing the border 10000%. There won’t be truckloads of people crossing every minute like it is today. The cost of crossing will not be worth it or even affordable by most.

Let’s make a deal!

“Reports: U.S. Government Cut Secret Deals For Years With Mexico’s Sinaloa Drug Cartel”

January 14, 2014

“According to government documents from the United States and Mexico, Drug Enforcement Agency agents met more than 50 times with members of the Sinaloa Cartel - headed by billionaire kingpin Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzman and believed to be the country’s most powerful drug trafficking organization - and the information obtained by the U.S. law enforcement agency led to a series of drug seizures. In return cartel members had charges dropped in the U.S., among other pledges.”

Sorry, had all punctuation and accentuation correct, but did not know how to HTML format to keep it - Need help with that.

I think we could do both. We wouldn’t have to actually send illegals back to Mexico or anywhere else. We could send a busload from Chicago to Denver. A different busload from Denver to Miami. Miami to Green Bay, etc., etc., and around and around we go. Think a land based “Con Air”. Fund it with the increased tariffs from China, Mexico, et al.

Calderon will likely have to eat those words if Trump DOES get elected.
