In spite of fears to the contary. I thought Lady Gaga not only looked respecable, but she sang the National Anthem with respect.
I still say Tom Sullivan’s SB X was the best of all time.
Good to hear, I don’t pay much attention to entertainment news. She should drop the Ga Ga and use her real name.
She did a good job, but the bar was pretty low for my expectations. She does have a fabulous voice, it appears.

Agree. She did a good job with it.
Don’t like the embellishments, but that’s personal taste.

I couldn't figure that out either. I did a quick search, hoping to find a video without him in it, but he was in all of them.
Because she doesn’t thrill me I have not paid attention. On you recommendation I will! They seem to have genuine affection for one another.

Loved it. Classy job, she has a fantastic voice.
I don’t follow contemporary pop music much at all, and paid no attention to her until I saw the work with Tony Bennett, doing the old songs. She seems very exuberant and immensely talented.

I looked up the Panthers roster. His name is Cam Newton, and he is a quarterback. And, also, a non-patriotic jerk,IMO.
I think she did a great job, but when singers stretch it out, it makes it hard to hit over the stadium right at “....braaaaavvve!”
I don’t care for professional sports, although I may watch parts of Orioles games or Ravens games if the husband is watching. He’s watching the Stupid Bowl on DVR in another room right now, and I don’t really care who wins.
I have really come to hate the Super Bowl because of the disgusting performances that they insist on inflicting upon the American public. I feel sorry for people whose children are exposed to some of the scanty outfits and the gyrating.
There are very few celebs or athletes that would fit that bill
