Isn’t it odd that Mark McConnell was not among the 16 who were indicted? For those who may not know, McConnell was the guy that came out and said Lavoy was acting aggressively and charged the cops. We now know his account was false.
The MSM was happy to echo McConnell’s account that has now been debunked in various blogs.
The Bundy antics are not a hill I am willing to die on. The Governments response is what I am concerned about.
McConnell was a ‘driver’ of one of the vehicles the arrested people were travelling in from what I understand
In Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn’s novel “The First Circle” a “driver” is supposedly taking a man to his office but ends up picking up a secret policeman and they take the ‘enemy of the state’ to the prison.
I guess McConnell is that kind of a ‘driver’.
I think the operatives of the Republican Party want to clean this thing up so it doesn’t interfere with politics.
GOP supporters all had a hissy fit when I was talking to them about “Operation Rescue’ some 25 or 30 years ago.
Disobeying laws even non-violently didn’t fit in with agenda of exploiting issues like abortion emotionally to win votes, but not change laws.
Martin Luther King got the same treatment from John F. Kennedy who wanted to make speeches about racism, but not change any laws because it would hurt the Democrats with the white southern vote.
The Hammonds and other farmers and ranchers have been abused and mistreated and driven out of business enough for decades, but for politics sake so the party can win the next election this issue must be ignored.
I suspect that’s why my posts on this Oregon issue always get pigeonholed in this forum as I noted in an earlier post.
No kidding. Loathe Obama Admin, BLM and FBI goon squads like this.
I was trained in journalism and I don’t think I’m pouring out trash on this issue.
I didn’t choose these events to happen, but I can try to give coherence to what’s going on and hopefully help everyone to understand at least some of this story and make up their own minds.
The MSM reports some of the story with strong negative biases while other media outside the mainstream reach small audiences or lack good writing or have poor technical quality or get too emotional for viewers, readers to comprehend etc. etc.
You are doing a fine job!
I like your work very much.
You obviously need to get out more. Your world is very small.
The remaining four should only surrender to the US Marshals. They seem to be the only Feds with a shred of integrity.
Thank you for the updates! Most appreciated regardless of what some say here.
Thank you for that update.
Has Lon Horiuchi ever been found and shamed?
He was an advisor to a weapons parts company a few years ago, I think.
Also, the other murderer at Ruby Ridge now works for a company called Apex Gun Parts, I think.
Thus I will never buy anything from them, but more importantly, those criminals must know that we are on to them and that we have not forgotten their crimes.
Please Note: It looks like the Ruby Ridge murderer (not Lon, the other guy) is not actually employed by Apex as I previously stated, but rather Troy Arms.
More than somebody who collects up Tweets and posts and tries to present that aggregate as "News"?
Yeah. I'll give that some thought, Sweeticakes.
This isn't one of your precious little "blog pimp" postings, so perhaps you should shut up and slink off the thread.
It's an html thing. You can put it on your home page and it looks like you've been "banned". Some freepers who are obnoxious trollers use it.
BTW, humblegunner - you're no Texan. Texan men are respectful of womenfolk like ponygirl.
Of course, if you're not a Texan man, then I take back my comment. ;-)
