I think the most important question that voters should ask before they vote for a president this year is this: what kind of supreme court justices would he/she appoint? The only candidate that I trust to appoint conservative, constitution-adherent justices is Ted Cruz.

In 1995, while clerking for Chief Justice William Rehnquist, I and my two fellow law clerks asked the chief whom he thought was the best Supreme Court lawyer currently practicing. The chief replied, with a twinkle in his eye, that he thought he could probably get a majority of his colleagues to agree that John Roberts was the best Supreme Court advocate in the nation. This week, the president announced his intention to nominate John Roberts to be a Supreme Court justice.

Cruz embraced BLM rhetoric in Chicago against “agitator Trump”, I thought either he is a dum a$$ running conservative only cuz he happens to live in such a district or he is in on it. Then he took a flight with Obozo to moralize Dallas cops after they got shot.
