very true. That does not answer my question as to why evangelicals would embrace someone who clearly is posing as a Christian and not very convincingly at that. He’s POSING as a Christian. Perhaps posing as a conservative. I’m a devout Christian, I’m agnostic re Trump. And I have no candidate lest that be the next question.
Him losing will be one kind of disappointment.
Him winning will be a different thing. Like all the Obama zombies who eventually woke up, the post-Trump disillusionment will be epic.

I do not understand the evangelicals who have embraced the Trumpster. Falwell, FBC Dallas pastor Jeffress, etc. makes NO SENSE to me that they would throw all-in with the Don. I was just saying to one of my closest friends the other day — I wonder what today’s exchange rate is for 30 pieces of silver that these folks are getting.

I’m determined not to go down all the rabbit trails I see on the candidates who look like they can win-it just doesn’t seem like a sensible thing to do-I’m most aligned with Cruz, but I’m not going to fall on my sword if it is Trump. I do think Jeb is just a Romney who is more of an egotist-he’s a guaranteed loser for conservatives...

Thank you! What I don’t get is why, if Jeb has any sense at all-he doesn’t see this as a lost cause and stop pouring good money after bad on a campaign and ads that are obviously not going anywhere-it is a special kind of stupid...
Chris Pratt is currently the hot new actor on the scene. He is tough, good looking, and very popular. He was in the movie Jurassic World as the leading male and hero of the show. He is married to the blond actress who is the daughter on the CBS sitcom “Mom” and who has starred in most of the “Scary Movie” parody movies. He is quite conservative and a devout Christian that somehow seems to still find success in Hollywood without compromising his integrity.
I expect that in open primary states there will be a lot of dems and “independents” voting in the GOP primary. How often do they get a chance to try to help nominate a genuine democrat for the GOP ticket?
