The left-wingers who run New York City are about to make it 100% legal to urinate in public.
Why? Because many blacks and minorities have been fined or arrested for it. They would rather legalize this disgusting behavior than enforce basic rules of public sanitation.

I don’t think that public urination had much to do with a lack of an adequate sewer system in Haiti.

More blacks and other minorities are arrested for theft, robbery, and other crimes as well. Does this mean that laws against theft and violent felonies are "discriminatory," and do we need to repeal such laws as well in the name of equality?

Didn’t NYC test a self cleaning public toilet not long ago? I read it was so efficient and clean, plus everyone liked them.
