I don’t think supply has too much to do with that particular price. Wholesale gasoline is currently about $1.03 per gallon (it will vary a few cents plus or minus around the country).

Somebody is losing a great deal of money here. Generally, it’s the big guys trying to put the little guys out of business if they can.

Really? So we’re paying more for taxes than we are for actual gasoline price at $2.30? I thought taxes were supposed to be a fraction of a product’s prices- not supersede the price-
