That is rare I’m sure. I had mine done when I had my last C-Section as back then 2 was all you were allowed. They cut, tied and burned them. Never had a issue. So did my mom after her second bad miscarriage, and we only had 1 hospital that was not Catholic in the area she had to use, it was a case another miscarriage would have killed her. I remember finding her on the bath room floor bleeding out as a teen. No 911 back then.
I think it all depends on how good a job the surgeon does.
