"In a surprising twist in the 2016 election, presidential aspirant Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) has proposed a new plan for helping President Obama resettle Syrian refugees in the United States." The more I hear from this guy, the more I believe he should never be allowed near the office of the Presidency. He's a fraud in addition to being constitutionally ineligible to be POTUS.
