Bengals intercept a pass to seal the game. Promptly fumble it back to the Steelers. Then commit 30 yards of penalties in the final seconds to allow Pittsburgh the game-winning chip shot field goal.
Why the ref even had his viola on the field, I’ll never know.
They were on the 26. Most likely the FG attempt would have been between 45 and 50 yards.
“The face you make when all your team had to do was take three knees and kick an easy field goal.....BUT DIDN’T!”
Maybe they weren’t supposed to win.

Fantasy sports fans wonder if the games are rigged

I’m a Giants fan and have seen too many to count...The Fumble against the Eagles, choking away a 38-14 lead to 49ers in the ‘02 playoffs, blowing a 31-10 4th quarter lead and the division title to the Eagles in 2010, aka the DeSean Jackson game. There’s plenty more, but the Bengals were right up there...
Nope. Not to me. I saw that game. This wasn’t blowing a lead. Huge comebacks happen. This was simply giving the game away out if utter stupidity.
Nope, the previous penalty -- trying to break Antonio Brown's neck after the incompletion -- clinched it. That kicker had already made two 48 yd FGs. That alone would have been 45 yds. Jones just made it closer. The kicker had a 91.5% accuracy this season.
Thug.

If tonight isn’t reason enough to lose respect for the Bengals, here’s a video of Burfict pushing over a camera https://vine.co/v/eLg6jUbWMQp “
I agree on the leading helmet hit on the chin that was called a legal play. I said then that the Ref’s just invited more and man did that come to be. If they were already weary of nasty play, that one was the play that the flags and expulsions came into play to tamp it down.
I can only imagine the Bengals boards out there right now.
Our family were season ticket holders for the first 5 years of the Bengals existence. The Army got me and I eventually ended up in Jacksonville where I still reside. I follow the Jags but work and racing commitments keep me too busy to get back into it.
Hmmm ha! It seems that in the afterlife here me n Saint Peter were at dem pearly gates n I said “Hey Pete the Stihlers gaht this game n hand!”
So Pete looks me n da eye and says “Myron, the big guy doesn’t do miracles on Saturday nights. Also, despite all those prayers players and fans send up he ignores them all. Football is trivial in life.”
“Mmmkay but I’m tellin’ yinz guys that the Stihlers got this game in hand! It’s da Bungles!”
BING BAM BOOM! Stihlers win!
This is Myron Cope.... on sports.
Sorry, that’s retarded. He led with his shoulder. A quarter earlier, a steeler lead with his head into a ball carrier and knocked him out enough that he fumbled. Selective outrage at its finest. He’s a pro bowl player that dominated the second half. The idiots on CBS are the worst analysts ever. What a joke.
Stupidity lost it for them, get smarter players.
Tennessee vs. Buffalo was pretty big, too.
Yeah, okay.
Pacman Jones shoved a ref. That is an automatic 15 years for unsportsmanlike conduct
Those run around $600,000, btw, which is why the operator appeared to be near tears
Thank you for your service
Romney/Ryan was a pretty big choke.
Whether we like it or not, that hit has been getting flagged for three or four years now. Pro DB’s have to know that. They call it “defenseless receiver”. Doesn’t matter what he lead with.
