Probably true, but I'm an old school guy. I've photographed games in Jerry World, The Phoenix Cardinals Stadium, and over half of the Big 12 venues, and the fancy ones just don't seem right to me. Far prefer a good old real grass high school game:

Chargers to Mexico City
I’m only an occasional football/sports follower, but my memory is that the Rams were in LA, and moved because despite the city’s population, it couldn’t sustain a profitable franchise? Was the stadium never sold out? Fuzzy memory.
Raiders moving alone is the one option that has zero chance. They are not even asking for that.

All three can go to hell as far as I am concerned. Used to be a huge fan of these three teams(and also the San Jose Forty Niners) going back to 1957 when I saw my first NFL game at Kezar, the Niners vs. the LA Rams.
No more.
They have turned a great sport into a ridiculous circus with raving fans to match. It’s Ancient Rome with a little less blood. Serves the same societal purpose too, i.e., distract the masses from their rulers treachery, decadence, and opulence.
When Dan Reeves moved the Rams from Cleveland to Los Angeles, they were very popular, and drew over 80,000 fans pretty regularly. When he died, Carroll Rosenblum took over, and the Rams remained popular, with stars like Roman Gabriel, Deacon Jones, Merlin Olsen, and Rosey Grier. They also liked the fact that being in LA got them chances at being on television.
When Carroll Rosenblum died, his wife, Georgia Frontiere (married six times, and one domestic partner) took over the team. Over the seasons, interest in the team declined, and they were drawing less than 45,000 fans per game when she worked out a sweetheart deal to move the team to her old home town of St. Louis. This was after the Cardinals split for Phoenix.
Part of the problem was that LA wouldn't pay for luxury boxes and upgrades to the LA Coliseum. Also, her husband got caught scalping Super Bowl tickets and did time. She was about as popular in LA as Bud Adams was in Houston.
My two favorite memories of Kezar are the Cowboys winning the 1970 conference championship there and Dirty Harry stomping on Scorpio's leg.
That was back when the Cowboys had a real coach.

Wow, just think how big the stadium would have to be if NFL prices had increased the same as inflation! (Roughly $11 per seat for the “coaches section”.)

The San Diego Charger ownership want a fixed or new stadium and wish to remain in SD.
The San Diego city people are upset with the ownership and calling their bluff to move.
The San Diego fans are grieving the loss of their favorite team.
I doubt that they would place two AFC teams in one market. Most likely the Rams and Chargers...
Two teams from the same conference and division both moving to LA and sharing a stadium doesn’t make much sense to me, one of them would have to swap conferences with the Rams I guess.
Absolutely. Still is in the south. The Chargers designed their uniforms to look like the UCLA uniforms and the Atlanta Falcons original uniforms were modeled after the Georgia Bulldogs.
The Bulldogs average around 87,000 fans per game, the Falcons 70,000. College fans don't have to worry about the team moving if they don't get a new stadium deal.
Regarding San Diego, one of the rich guys in L.A. should buy the team and build a new stadium somewhere in San Diego. It's just a helicopter ride away from L.A. Rams need to stay in St. Louis, apparently they have a deal to build a new stadium.
