No problem. I have watched in business that women with those names that could be male as well as female get taken more seriously when they offer an opinion; so I adopted that sort of thing with my totally fake FR screen name.

Asking price @ 2.499 (million) , Bought @ 1.695 million with a potential Profit of $804,000. Subtract 6% for commission, approx $48,000 and you wind up with $756,000 in Long Term Capital Gains.
Now I am sure bids will be less, but even so, they Palin’s stand to clear 500 to 750k ( over 5 years ) at a time when interest rates were bumpkus, and they obviously didn’t want this portion of their net worth in the equity markets.
I’d like to see her detractors in the hollywierd and political chattering classes have such slick investment moves!!!
