Cellular Weight Loss and High Intensity Weight Loss Myths - CHTV Episode 5

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oZ4yqQ4y8WI

This video is one in a series of videos and websites which are being posted on FreeRepublic in the coming days in regard to nutritional health. In the beginning these videos were being posted as a rebuttal to an article and comments in another posted article on FreeRepublic remarking on obesity. Due to the strong interest in obesity and nutritional health as it relates to Type II Diabetes, the videos relating to Type II diabetes and how to reverse the progression of the disease are being moved forward among the other video topics in this series. Expect to see a mixture of videos regarding the role of carbohydrates in the diet and their relationship to nutritional health topics ranging from metabolic syndrome and Diabetes to dementia, Parkinson's Disease, Altzheimer's Disease, and more. The effects of standard government sponsored diets, health association diets, and alternative diets upon everyday nutrition, sports nutrition, and diabetic nutrition will be mixed in with videos focused on the use of various low carbohydrate and high fat (LCHF) diets, such as the ketogenic diets as a treatment for Type II Diabetes.

Anyone who is interested in following this series of posts about nutritional health is invited to request a ping.

Losing weight is easy. Eat less, move more. I proved my theory this year by dropping 30 pounds.

Oh and as Arnold Schwarzenegger said, if it tastes good, spit it out.

That is true, to a certain extent. The more overweight you are, the harder it is to lose significant amounts of weight simply by reducing caloric intake. That's because the bigger you are, the less surface area your body has in relation to total body mass. Since heat dissipates from the surface, very fat people tend to hold their heat; thus, the fatter they get, the fewer calories (relatively) they require to maintain their body temperature. This is why very thin people often can eat whenever and whatever they like without gaining weight, and why so many are comfortable in temperatures that would make other people sweat like pigs.

I dropped the same amount in three months by eating more and moving less. I went vegan upon learning I have cancer and I eat about 2500-3000 calories/day, and I stopped cardio and just weight train. Voila!

Have to agree, I have a lot of health conditions, most of them include the words CHRONIC PAIN. A heart condition was just added. It hurts at a level 9 to walk to the mail box and back, I’m out of breath, and if I don’t sit down I will pass out. It sends my BP out the roof too. One of the conditions is Gastroparesis SLOW MOTILITY...takes me up to 4 hrs to digest what a normal person does in 1 hr, it is painful.

I’ve gained weight because of edema, pills to treat the conditions, and you don’t take that kind of weight off easy. I’d have to go to 500 calories a day to loose 1 lb in 2 weeks.

Your health dictates how active you can be.

Would like to see an outline or summary of content of each video posted. The brief explanation you are posting with each of these videos explains why you are posting but not really much about the specific content of each one.

I find it very difficult to get to the meat of each one without watching all the way through. Some I find are not relevant to me and therefore a waste of time. I could know this before clicking and watching if there were a summary.

Even though the link is not to your blog, and you are not profiting from these, it still feels like click bait.

>> Losing weight is easy. Eat less, move more.

Losing weight is a side-effect of eating less and moving more. That’s not often ‘easy.’

Not to be obnoxious, but weight management is very important, and very important to me as I have T2 diabetes.

Inevitably, weight management works best with a state of mind that focuses on planning. That is to make sure there’s a good menu for the days ahead. And we all know that planning makes things easier.
