All the candidates have dropped. And Reuters polled 200 people less than than their normal 520 to 570.

While there is a lot of dead wood, the top guys in each office are often pretty good. But for each assistant secretary there are a couple of Schedule C employees (unconfirmed non-career positions controlled by the white house) who serve as white house handlers to keep tabs on what is going on - the American version of Political Commissars. In the Ozero administration no one can do anything useful. Bush II was actually not a whole lot better. Really! A good bit of the expansion of DC beltway banditry was funded through DHS which was created by .... Bush/Cheney.

The Gimp NYT reporter was sent to Wasilla for months to slime Sarah Palin and her family. He’s a POS and deserves all ridicule.

If only we had a megaphone as big as NYT to put that word out.

“Trump isn’t a candidate any more. He’s a movement.”

I love that! It would make a great tagline;)

Here we go. . The start of the "Trump dropping in the polls because we told you so" polls. Don't believe any of them.

Word, bro. Trump isn't a candidate any more. He's a movement.

I agree. Everyone talking about Trump over Thanksgiving. Some of my 30 something relatives are now for Trump who were fiercely independent. They were saying, paraphrasing, "Things are a real mess and he will change things." Another, "He will unite all side, factions, races, . . in the election. . . just like he does on the Apprentice."

Now that's interesting. Didn't know each department had 'political commissars' or 'political officers' like they do in the Russian military. . or did in the old USSR. What a mess. However you look at it, DC needs a complete reset and redo.

Is this something that maybe a combination of Trump and Fiorina would do? Now I'm just talking about the 'business model' reset. Both certainly know how to do that or have the contacts to give advice about it. Just sayin' . .

The bottom line would be less taxes, more disposable income, more R&D expenditures and a booming economy with business expansion and more jobs. Sounds like a plan. .

Typically some guy who ran a school board, licked envelopes for the guy who got elected and is happy being a political commissar because he never did anything useful in his life.

Yeah, those kind of people have to go. Our taxes are paying some hack a six figure salary and golden retirement. That's crap.

BTW, the whole wages and benefits area need a review too, except the military, they get a raise! Could save a lot right there.

...Another, "He will unite all side, factions, races, . . in the election. . . just like he does on the Apprentice."

I've been saying for some time that the element that will push Trump past Hillary is celebrity. Like it or not, it's true. Something Cruz nor any of the rest will ever have.

You almost hate to admit it, but the celebrity thing doesn't hurt in this day and age. It's almost like being popular in high school but on the national level?

This internet poll has never been reliable. Last week when it showed Trump at 43% you knew something was not right. Now he’s all the sudden at 31%, which is more in-line with the majority of other more reliable polls. The big story coming out of this poll is not Trump “losing” support it’s him doubling up on Carson and humiliating everyone else. But the Trump haters can rejoice for a few days and parrot this poll ad nauseam, never mentioning the pathetic numbers for anyone not named Trump.

Alana Wise seems to do what most of the Trump bashers do - takes comments twisted out of context, makes them sound like fact, then adds some more fictional spin to make the argument not seem like the asinine lie it is.

I know you seem to be pro-Trump and are taking some hits for posting this, but a few words helps folks understand the reason for the post - especially for folks who haven't become household-name FReepers yet.

If you haven't found an opportunity to donate to FR yet, consider this an invitation (snuck in with the rest of the verbiage....

Now for a short public service announcement to all on FR:
I prefer Cruz and my money goes to his campaign, hence the Cruz link. If you like someone else, donate to him/her (find your own link to do it) and if you use FR and don't donate, then please don't complain about the welfare leeches or those who have Obama Phones because, functionally, you are no different than any other FReeloader

PS - If you are one of those who cannot afford even a small donation to FR or a candidate, God Bless and happy FReeping!.....

GO CRUZ!! Keep it up Trump!!

Donate to FR

Donate to Cruz

It sure is. Look at the sample sizes. When Trump gets in the 40’s, the sample size is far larger, by hundreds, than when he shows in the 30’s. That’s how Reuters can easily manipulate the outcome. Check it out for yourself: the larger the sample size, the higher Trumps numbers.

That’s why I didn’t steal it as a tagline. LOL! I was sure someone supporting another candidate would think of it that way.

I need a synonym.
