Tech Times ^ | 25 nov 2015 | Rhodi Lee

The findings of the study show the microbes have a crucial role in the physiology of appetite and may even help people who suffer from eating disorders.

"These data show that bacterial proteins produced after nutrient-induced E. coli growth may signal meal termination," the researchers wrote.

"Continuous exposure to E. coli proteins may influence long-term meal pattern."

I think that is ridiculous. People overeat because of taste, not hunger. Or even boredom or habit. It is not hunger.

They aren’t necessarily overeating, they might just be growing.

Another theory is that many cannot determine the difference between thirst and hunger.

So they eat all the time.

Also for my clan the very worst possibility, is to die hungry!
The best way to avoid this fate, is to constantly eat!
I have some kin that are living proof of this method!

Definitely true. Our cravings come from gut bugs. They own us. Pound for pound there are more of them than is in us. We will be learning so much about their effect on our eating and our health and even our moods.

The Whisky FReeper who is constantly trying to get FReepers to give up all carbs doesn’t understand the importance of gut bugs. And the good gut bugs need carbs, especially carbs with resistant starch in it. Like cooked and cooled rice (Sushi works, or you can reheat the rice) and potatoes (potato salad is perfect). Lots of fibers in veggies, not lettuces, but asparagus stalks, etc.

Basically we really do need all the food groups, and brand new info, not published yet, is that we do not need variety in our diets. If you like variety, great, but gut bug populations can grow better even if you enjoy the same meats, fats, veggies, carbs, and fruits every day. Don’t feel guilty if you do.

Even our moods come from the gut bugs. Going too low carb can affect you to the point of depression. Try and eat clean foods, no enriched flour foods, and just enjoy them.

Blame wimpiness as to give into your hunger such that you become fat.

People over eat due to malnutrition. Food preservatives block enzyme action so you cannot effectively adsorb complex proteins, or minerals so all you easily get are sugars. People gobble down so much food and get fat because they are dying of malnutrition while on massive caloric overload.

Most people over eat because food is tasty. If it didn’t taste good, they wouldn’t over eat. They would still eat to sustain themselves.

What gut bugs make a big difference too. If you eat complex carbs like veggies your gut bugs will be lactobiotic and you will be much healthier, but if you are a sugar doughnut junkie you will be a walking Candida infection headed to insulin injections down the diverticulitis road.

Kimchee is your friend. Sugar is not.

Eat probiotic yhogurts and naturally fermented veggies and the carb cravings will fade. The olive bar is health food for gut bacteria. Kimchee, natural sour krauts and fermented foods of all kinds are gut bacteria heaven.

Carb cravings are a strong indicator of Candida gut issues, homemade milk Kefir is a good tool in the Candida battle. The store bought stuff has gotten itself FDAed till it does not work.

Ya think? And food is tasty because it has complex proteins in it. Taste is directly related to the nutritional value in food if you wish to demonstrate that try eating a organic garden tomato and a strip farm store tomato side by side. In clinical tests a garden tomato contains 100 times the lycopathine.

But eat it with food preservatives and you still will not be able to properly digest it. Or I should say your gut bacteria will not be able to. Food preservatives job is to block bacterial digestion, it does not choose what bacteria to block the enzyme action from.

You have a disfunctional family to feed. Candida is a parasite, lactobacillus is symbiotic.
