I’m guessing that the Mexican food I had in Fiji would make these people very happy. The only thing “Mexican” about it was the superficial appearance. Otherwise, its flavor was less authentic than Taco Bell, and that is a difficult feat to achieve.
Do not expect authenticity if you go to Fiji and order Mexican food made by Hindis.
