Maybe rename it Columbia City, or District One? If you put it up to a NFL rental deal....Redskins might bid and name it Redskins City for a year.
Mark Dice doesn’t need to be giving anybody any ideas. I’d be surprised if it hadn’t been considered already.

Dice launched an unsuccessful campaign attempting to have Reagan punished by his syndicator or the Federal Communications Commission. The progressive activist group Fairness and Accuracy in Reporting has since asked Reagan’s syndicator (Radio America) to explain whether it permits “its hosts to call for murder on the air.”
Funny how they get all uptight when somebody uses the 1st Am. in a way they don’t like, but they hide behind it every chance they get, such hypocrites.
And change the National Anthem to the same, sung to the tune of Jimmy Buffet's "Margaritaville", with a fitting lyrics change.
Giving out more free money to people who won’t work will surely solve this problem.
