The answer to your question, based on my admittedly limited knowledge [though she's told me some fun stories about the other *Wartie girls* she worked with] is an absolute YES.
And, of course, I suspect y'all know about Warthog driver Kim *KC* Campbell, callsign *Killer Chick*.

They still can't replace/update that airframe. Tank-killer in something like it's 40th year of service. Won an Oscar in Iraq.
