“Silver jumped a dollar an ounce since yesterday. Anything up?”

There’s an increase in the population of werewolves, hence the need for more silver bullets.

You could buy 4 gallons of gasoline for a buck, and get change back!

No, no, no, no, don’t buy spam, buy bacon!
Bacon is good on everything. And if you don’t
like bacon you can make neat stuff out of it.

SPAM is eternal. It’s shelf-life exceeds that of gold. The only question is how many cans you can fit into that buried 20’ container you have out back.

The lowest price on gas that I ever seen was 10.9 cents a gallon. Had to be around 1960, give or take a year. That’s when they had “gas wars”.

In 64’ gas was around $.35/gallon. Today it is hovering around $2/gallon. A pre 1964 silver dime and quarter is worth spot trade around 3 dollars so right now silver is pricey comparing to the price of gas.

Normally if gold goes up, silver goes up right along with it. What has been odd is that for some months silver has not followed gold up and down, at least by equivalent moves.

I remember buying a good used motorcycle for two rolls of silver dimes.

To be honest, it barely moved. It was up 50c, down 50c. I wouldn’t get exciting over it. Its not like it went up $5

It’s time to throw your gold and silver into the streets everyone. I will clean it up for you.

the manipu;ation keeps the price down so that we can all acquire a bit. When things get crazy the manipulation will end or will at least be ineffective and that metal will be your operating funds at a much higher dollar “value” but the ratio of gold/silver to dollars will be wholly irrelevant then as the metal is the only thing you can buy stuff with.

You win .

I wasn’t paying attention to gas prices at that time. I was more interested in 5 cent popsicles.
