I was sure after a couple of
episodes the scene would
change to a rural setting.
I imagine among other reasons,
a move from urban to rural
would make the show too much
like TWD. Also production costs
of moving locations may factor.

There are lots of really cool largely unknown historical events that would make great a historical miniseries. Something dealing with the war of 1812 in detail would be great.
Everybody knows about te Battle of New Orleans, the burning of the white house, and the bombardment of Baltimore but the bulk of the war took place along the eastern USA/Canada border. The greatest single day loss of American lives took place here in southeastern Michigan.

I agree, that would be great.
“TURN” has some amazing characters...that seems to be a particular strength of AMC shows.

I was just watching the intro scene of Episode 5 again. I like the character Victor's speaking voice. (He is locked in the cage with Druggie Depp (Nick) and talks the guards out of dragging Nick away when they take his temp.
I bet he has done voice-over work. He has a great voice.

It comes back in April, I think. The actor who plays Simcoe recently tweeted that they are en route to Virginia to begin filming...only a couple of hours east of where I live.
