Any Freepers from Sierra Vista, AZ?

There was an active shooter situation behind my house in the Shilo church parking lot. It ended with a sniper shot. Talked to the Circle K attendant that had police/FBI in and out during the night and he said that it started as a police pursuit from Patagonia. He said that the perp started shooting at the Helicopter (that must have what woke me up).

There was an MRAP down the block on an unfinished road that looks into the church parking lot. Sniper may have been there. The shot was loud, must have been close.

active shooter situation I despise this term. To me, and millions of others, an "active shooter" is someone who participates in shooting matches often, and live-fire practices often. A person like me, who not only would not initiate force on others, but who would actively protect and defend innocents, if he could.
Not all shooters are evil, twisted murderers. When we adopt this terminology, we are playing right into the hands of the disarmist media and cultural Marxists, who want everyone disarmed.

And I need "shorthand" to know how to refer to cops.
I know! I'll call the police "clean pigs" when they stay in their police stations, and "dirty pigs" when they are abusing the rights of citizens (which is pretty much all the time they are not in the police station).
"Shorthand" goes both ways. Police use anti-gun-owner terminology, so I can use anti-police terminology.
See how that works?
