During that time most of us who tend to be accepting were pulling back. I took one look at those events and thanked my lucky stars I din't live near 'the black community'. I would imagine that employers had simitlar reactions.

Seriously, if there were a Republican president the Dems would be screaming that it was racist Republican policies that caused a loss of income in the “Black Community”!!!
The Republicans need to learn how to fight dirty too. Isn’t there anybody in Washington that can point out, while under Obama’s watch, black income has fallen?
One has to wonder how the importation of thousands of worthless Somali “refugees,” who are included as “blacks” when that’s useful, affects these numbers. Of course, Dayton, being a typical limousine liberal, is going to vomit the company line about “access” and “education” and all the rest of that plantation bilge. But the truth is, these are unmotivated, parasitic cultures that prey on the gunpoint generosity of deluded socialists.
So the state and cities of Minnesota ban black students from attending public schools? Good grief, that's an outrage! I guess there must be mobs of black parents with their children in tow demanding entrance to all those schools trying to keep them out.

for MANY years, young blacks, men especially, would rather dress and look like thugs than get a job. I have hired many blacks over the years, some better than others....but I always hired a man who looked and acted like he wanted a job.If your pants are below your ass and 8 inches of your boxers are showing...if your english language skills sound as though you are dindo nuffins, chances are that I don’t want you communicating with my customers. You are describing most black families that I knew in the 1950's and early 1960's......I had black friends, I ate lumch at their houses and they ate lunch at mine.....then along came the war on poverty....black families were awarded if the father left the house, welfare checks benefitted those broken families where the father was no longer involved, kids lost respect for their parents, kids thought that family income was achieved by going to the mailbox and getting your government check, standards were lowered to allow blacks to be given special consideration because they were black...affirmative action was a DISASTER because qualified blacks were judged under that law.....he must have this high paying job because of affirmative action. PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!
