If true, this is a different EULA than earlier versions.

I will get finished moving over to LINUX . I have been slowly making the transition. W10 is incentive to get er done. I do have to get used to a new photo program. The one I am used to and love is originally for W95 and there is no fix to attach it to Linux.

(It's true.)

I don’t believe everything I read in email.
After my experience with that guy in Nigeria,
I think twice before even answering with my
bank account numbers.

Since my 6 yr old desktop doesn’t get a free version of the WinX spyware, I loaded it up with 64 bit Ubuntu and an OracleVM to run 32 bit WinXPP for my Win s/w. It’s WAY fast on the Linix side and good on the XP abstraction. FUN TIMES!

“Has anyone else read the EULA closely to render an opinion?”
Have you read it?
To: brivette
but what about the money I sent? It's probably being held up by custom officials somewhere. But don't worry. You will soon be contacted, and told how a small amount of additional money, supplied by you, will get everything rolling again.

Microsoft has long considered your computer to be their computer. This is just more of the same.

I bought a SSD and put my OS on it but it was labeled “E”. Couldn’t get it to “C” nor could I erase my old “C”.
Removed my old “C” and booted and SSD came up as “C”!
Reinstalled my old “C” and it came up as “E”. Reformatted old drive.

I’m glad that didn’t happen to me. I’ve got this sweet old Nigerian lady on her death bed who has decided to send me a fortune.

Microsoft has long considered your computer to be their computer. This is just more of the same. And this is different from Apple how? Not talking product here just corporate ideology.

That’s one reason that USB disk drive boxes and Disk Editor s/w are available. Dual/multiple OS boot s/w can be done, but a clean install on a known empty disk is more straight forward. Besides, it’s easier for the FBI to investigate.
