In that photo you posted, I don't believe that the man to General Patton's right (photo left) is General Bradley. My guess is that he is likely Maj. General Otto P. ("Opie") Weyland, of the United States Army Air Services (later United States Air Corps then United States Air Force.)

Maj. Gen. Otto Weyland effectively led the XIX Tactical Air Command (9th Air Force), which worked very closely with Lt. Gen. Patton's 3rd Army. During the Normandy breakout, the 3rd Army's right flank was open to enemy attack, but Weyland's fighter-bombers provided for its defense. Working in concert with the 9th Air Force, the 3rd Army advanced an average of 20 miles per day. Patton called Weyland the "best d*** general in the Air Corps."

Left to right: Lt. Gen. Omar N. Bradley, 12th Army Group; Maj. Gen. Otto P. Weyland, XIX Tactical Air Command; Lt. Gen. George S. Patton, Third Army. General Patton's dog, Willie, shown in the foreground.
