While the U.S. continues to reel from minorities requiring halal slaughter, rainbow cakes, and a $15 minimum wage, national security is taking a hit with the vociferous demands of the Muslim 2 percent. In fact, one state’s appeasement of burqa-clad women threatens to fundamentally change the value of the driver’s license as an identification tool.
The International Business Times reports that fliers reminding employees of the Department of Motor Vehicle offices that it is illegal for them to request that applicants remove “articles of faith” for their driver’s license photos in the state of Illinois.
“While hats or head coverings are generally prohibited from being worn in photographs used on Illinois driver’s licenses and identification cards, customers may be photographed while wearing established religious head coverings,” read the flier. “Photographs increase public safety.”
Deputy Press Secretary Henry Haupt of Illinois confirmed that Muslims and Sikhs will be allowed to wear obtrusive headwear in their photos, Fusion reports. Even the burqa and veil are considered acceptable, although they cover every identifiable feature.

What is needed is the next time a crime is committed, any crime, and the victim or witness couldn't see the perpetrator's face, they need to round up every single holder of an IL driver's license whose face can't be seen. It's twisted logic, just like an ID card that doesn't ID the card holder.

Good question. I don’t know. It used to. I got the hell out of Illinois 10 years ago. Wyoming doesn’t state hair color on their licenses, though when I renewed it last year I had to take my bandanna off for the picture (you can see the color quite clearly).

To reiterate what you and others have stated to believe on this thread: You believe that two websites which are unreputable and make wild, specious claims about a topic, to be factually correct.
You further double down on the two unreputable websites claiming that those sites "cite" an Illinois government worker.
Further, there no proof that either of the two unreputable websites you cited have any basis in fact, but yet you continued to double-down on them being "true."
That's where you're at right now.
I on the other hand, researched the Illinois Secretary of State's website and found no such information that you and others claim to be true.
I called bullshit on the story, rightfully so, because it didn't pass the smell test. I then went and researched the statements made in the two b.s. articles you claim to be true, in order to determine those claims truthfulness.
Conclusion: You want to believe something that's not true? You go right on ahead. As I said earlier: if that's what you want to believe, that's on you, not me.
