Neither is a few hundred deaths due to faulty ignition switches, I mean, really, people still buy GM cars!Strawman.
We're going to have to agree to disagree on this particular issue. GM hiding things is one thing, serving hot coffee hot, especially when consumers know it is hot, is not quite the same thing.

That “Eggshell Skull Rule” could be stretched a lot further by our vast army of underemployed lawyers.
“The serving staff walks around with side dishes and it's all you can eat, including the rolls.”
How about the folks that are overweight, out of shape and diabetic that overeat because they don't have enough will power to stop eating are forcefed from the serving staff until they explode?
