YAY! I personally called Schumer's office and spent part of today researching and sending materials to people to arm them with talking points, urging them to call his office and tell him to can this horrible deal. I hope that my efforts were at least one atom in affecting his decision. I didn't expect any better from the other NY Senator, Dips___ Kirsten Gillibrand. She is know for her utter stupidity and naiveté in believing liars. I have absolutely loathed her since her election. She has done nothing but degrade the world with her stupidity.

Since this is about Obama, I will put it here. Jonathan Brandywine & company were talking about Obama and Michelle and noted that he was not wearing his wedding ring, also that Michelle had spent a lot of time away this summer.

From a photo from a few days ago that probably was taken a short time back, I noticed Obama was wearing his wedding ring but it had slipped way down to his knuckle (he had his fingers relaxed and pointing down). I was thinking (1) he has lost weight and (2) he could lose his ring as it looked like it could slip right off.

Time will tall.
