Donald Trump is rapidly surrounding himself with the ideological dregs of the Republican Party. First, he taps former Tea Party darling Sarah Palin, fresh from quitting her own TV channel, to be a member of his cabinet. Then, the infamous McCarthyite Ann Coulter appoints herself to be Trump’s Secretary of Homeland Security, which might seem a stretch if not for George W. Bush’s appointment of political hack Michael “You’re doing a heck of a job” Brown in 2000.
Coulter was speaking last week at the Eagle Forum’s Collegian Summit at the Heritage Foundation in Washington, D.C. when she anounced, in answer to a question,

Whether on likes or dislikes Ann Coulter, one has to pause and reflect on the straightforwardness of this philosophy.
Granted, it is one thing to be a writer or a pundit and say it, and quite another to be the government official who signs off on it...:)

How about we do away with the DHS and the TSA?
If Ann Coulter is a stretch as head of Homeland Security because she lacks the credentials, then what is Barack Obama as president, since he lacks ANY credentials whatsoever? Or is it just Republican who are supposed to be actually qualified to hold their jobs?
Other than that, how about having someone that runs DHS know about terrorism, and security...

The current intellectual and moral divide in this country is amazing.
There are still fifteen months to go before the election, and it’s bound to get boring from time to time, so, before taking on her Homeland Security chairmanship, maybe Ann could offer her speechwriting services to Donald Trump on an anonymous, pro bono basis.
Then, whenever the Trump staff needed a memorable zinger to annihilate one of Trump’s critics, all they’d have to do is call ‘’Liberal-Busters!’’ Ann’s one-woman team of brilliant writers to get the job done.
I love it. Every time Trump opens his mouth, he puts a “CHILL” in the hearts of every “SPINELESS WHORE” in Washington. Should Trump get elected, these liberals, socialists and communists in the LAME STREAM MEDIA would be very busy looking in every “NOOK AND CRANNY” of who he chooses to be in his cabinet.
