This morning Mark Levin took to Facebook to call on Mitch McConnell and John Boehner to resign and to push for more courageous Republican leadership led by constitutional conservatives:
It is time for Mitch McConnell and John Boehner to resign for the good of the nation and the Republican Party. The nation and GOP are both suffering as a result of the unwillingness or inability of McConnell and Boehner to effectively defend either. Instead, these politicians are consumed with consolidating their own power on Capitol Hill and silencing opponents who dare to challenge their ironfisted rule. Sadly, they rarely act in the best interests of America’s future.
Indeed, time and again they have delivered victory after victory for Obama and his radical agenda — from spending, borrowing, and Obamacare to illegal immigration, Iran and “trade” power. Never before has a Congress controlled by one party been so thoroughly impotent. This is due to the disastrous leadership of McConnell and Boehner.
It is time for younger, wiser, and more courageous Republican leadership — constitutional conservatives who understand the role of a statesman in perilous times — who are willing to truly lead the nation and the Republican Party based on America’s enlightened principles, advance the cause of liberty and republican government, and make the case everyday to the American people.
Amen. Levin is exactly right and congressmen and senators should rally around this idea

Mitch has been exposed to be a liar. How can he be the party leader in the senate?
The message from the GOPe is to kill the messenger (GOPe Alinsky tactics). Has Mitch refuted that he lied? I haven’t seen him bother to tell the public his side of the story.

This “leadership” is what’s allowing people who articulate such philosophical brilliance as “But resist, we MUCH – we must and we will much about that be committed” kick our asses.
They’re too greedy and power besotted. They can’t even begin to sense the discontent they have engendered.
I've read many accounts how Cruz took it on the chin. I would say that from a conservative standpoint this just emboldens us to work even harder to defeat as many RINOs as possible.
Mark is just pushing that agenda further by saying this out loud.
Well, I guess Levin can call for anything he wants to but it’s not going to happen and he’s knows it’s not going to happen. McConnell and Boehner don’t care about conservatives and what’s good for the Country. They care only about their own personal power and financial prosperity. Resigning is the last thing they would ever consider doing. So, it appears Mark is just looking for attention.

I’m all for it.
Good idea, but those a-holes won’t because take pleasure in getting bum forked by obumer and screwing Joe taxpayer.
That’s why I say, Trump, warts and all, is better than anything else the GOP has out there with the exception of Cruz.
Because Cruz says so....lol. Sure that is going to happen.

We pasted that point about a year and a hallf ago.
Instead, these politicians are consumed with consolidating their own power on Capitol Hill and silencing opponents who dare to challenge their ironfisted rule.The more successful they are at that, the less pressure they feel to resign! It's the weak who resign, not the powerful.
Along with these two resigning, there should be term limits...4 years for House and 4 years for Senate...and after the 4 years, they go away...
I think if we had a President with the experience of Trump ideal, where there are no politics involved, as the example he used in his last week speech: ‘they come and say we want this, ok well this is what your going to get and then your thru’ we wouldn’t see ‘outside’ running the government, they would go away....
I know a lot of you don’t think I know what is happening, but I am one that can see it, along with others, and our voices are being drowned out the same way as Cruz and others were ‘talked down to’ by Hatch...
In case you don’t know it, Hatch is very corrupted, he wouldn’t be there as long as he has been if he weren’t, but the same problem in government is the same problem here in Utah, and you can Arizona to that list with McCain...
We have to have people that can stand up like Cruz, Trump, even Rand Paul (which a lot you don’t take seriously enough) to get the ‘house cleaning’ done...
The GOP, the DNC are all one and the same...this shouldn’t be....
