A few days ago I discovered that, with a bit of tweaking, GarageBand could do a very credible imitation of a Great Highland Bagpipe. How could I *not* cover this song?
I record and publish my music under the pen name Hopalong Ginsberg. Normally, this is to protect my privacy. In this case, it's to protect me from enraged Scots.

Thanks! I’m actually playing a keyboard rather than the bagpipes (my hands are too small for the pipes), but I absolutely love the pipes.

Love the cats ... the last one playing the bagpipes looks like a cat I used to have. Aside from being a really good cat (excellent mouser in the barn) & an all around fine fellow, I’m sure he would have been one to play the bagpipes if he’d had the opportunity.
