Allred says she is sending Cosby a notice today, demanding to take his depo in the next 30 days, and making it clear it will all be videotaped.
She also says if Cosby refuses to sit for the depo in the next month, she'll ask a judge to hold him in contempt.
Cosby's got a problem ... he can't take the 5th because the statute of limitations has run out on all possible criminal prosecutions. So for Allred, it's open season.

I understand. I just want to cause some trouble for Bill and Hillary if I can. Juanita testified under oath to the House committee. Her story was totally believable. What happened to Clinton? The white rapist got away with it. Maybe black defenders of Cosby should be asking why.
If Cosby worked in a mortuary he probably would have engaged in necrophilia. He obviously likes to have sex with the unresponsive women. Also, I am surprised that none of his victims died due to combinations of powerful drugs and alcohol.
There’s been a defamation lawsuit filed against him by one of the alleged victims I believe.

The one that’s in the headlines today is about an accusation from 40+ years ago.
Until I read the report published a few weeks ago...the one which suggests hat Cosby has,in the past,admitted to the same things that various women have recently claimed...I was very much inclined to believe these claims to be false.I believed that because a) a rich,famous star like him can get 99% of the women he encounters just by winking at them (no drugs needed) b) because he,unlike many,*many* guys in showbiz,didn't seem to be "the type" and c) his enormous wealth would be tempting target for slimy lawyers and slimy women.
But assuming recent reports are true (and they seem to be true) his past admissions give substantial credibility to claims recently made.
My post was about Alred...not about any woman who's making claims.

I worked in the ER of a very,*very* famous hospital for a long time.As is true in even the *best* hospitals not all of our patients "made it" and,as a result,had to be taken down to "Ward X" (Pathology).One day,out of the blue,a memo came to us from the VP of Ambulatory Services that all patients being brought to Ward X must be accompanied by *two* people,one of whom must be *female*.
Given that there were no departures of ER staff around that time my guess is that the Legal Department,after having read the latest issue of "Hospital Lawyer's Monthly" thought it was a good idea to institute the policy.
As you can imagine tongues were wagging among the ER staff when *that* memo came down.
One thing about necrophiliacs, they think their dates look drop dead gorgeous.
I keep thinking about Beverly Johnson’s story, too. Cosby cleverly got her to trust him. And if she’s telling the truth, she never gave any indication she was interested in him sexually.
People say the accusers are all tramps; well, it seems at least this lady wasn’t.

It is stupid to deny justice to a victim because you don’t like their lawyer. Most people don’t like the lawyers they see in court. One has nothing to do with the other.
There are 4 court cases pending against him. This deposition is for sexual abuse of a minor (civil case). Cosby already tried to get the CA Supreme Court to throw the case out and they refused so it is going forward.
