We call them “tourons”
A cross between a tourist and a moron
They were all over Europe when I was just there. They would stop in the middle of a crowded sidewalk, and then take up the entire space to take a selfie with their selfie stick making everyone stop.
Got to the point where I wanted to take those selfie sticks and shove it where the sun don’t shine.
