WASHINGTON - Once again, Donald Trump isn't backing down from comments that have inflamed the Republican presidential race.
At an Iowa GOP forum Saturday, Trump dismissed Arizona Sen. John McCain's reputation as a war hero, saying McCain was merely captured in Vietnam and "I like people who weren't captured."
That's caused an uproar. But Trump isn't repentant.

I agree. Finally, finally somebody dares to speak out. Many of us would lose our jobs or get failing grades for milder statements. The minority on the left has been depriving us of freedom of speech, and it has been getting worse.

I would like to see a Trump/Cruz ticket with a pre selected Cabinet and all going on the Stump saying what they WILL DO, and leave the bashing out of it.
Mainly pinpoint those that are trying to run things the same way as they are now.
I conjure up a vision of Jan 2016 with D Trump ‘Hair and all’ looking at BO and the brood and saying “YOU’RE FIRED”.
Of course NBC will claim they have the copyrights to that statement....(Like ‘they’ do whenever a White Conservative cites an MLK or such statement)...

The ‘beauty’ of the preselect is that when he is elected and it is considered a ‘package’ deal those that oppose too hard may find themselves on the street for the next election——Another ‘dream’ of mine——

But starting with BO the next 1000 in line should be shown the door...that should cover the Congress/Senate/Supreme Court and hangers on.
DONALD can/will be saying YOU’RE FIRED so much that he will have to get and ‘Auto Clip’ to continue (Much like the Auto Pen for people to ‘lazy/busy/important’ to sign their own name.
I don’t believe Trump is the one we need to save our Republic he is not trustworthy, but I do love anyone who boldly challenges political correctness.
The only reason the progressive liberal democrat/rino communist uni-party acts so insulted about McCain is because he is one of their own, you know one of the uni-party founding fathers.
The thing to remember is not to let them Paula Deen you. Never walk it back.
Yet maybe it was deliberate. It brought extensive focus on him again and at the same time on McCain's record, including much that is negative. Sure McCain was a POW. But getting captured does not make one a hero. And there is McCain's opposition to POW/MIA issues and his embracing his captors.
