He’s only looking for a better life here. He dreams of being free and to have a real future for his children. A driver’s license allows him to get to work, to go to church, and to volunteer at soup kitchens and other benevolent outreach programs where he can give back to the community.
He can also apply for food stamps easier.
Well, yes. It’s HARD coming new to this country and getting settled and off to a new start. He NEEDS help! It’s only right that we should give it to him. Otherwise, he might turn to crime.............

These thugs don’t give a rat’s rear end if they get a license. How many times do we hear of punks getting pulled over and learn that they have twenty plus suspensions for driving w/o a license. The laws are ineffective when there is no punishment.
