Years too late, I would have had an entirely different set of photos over my bed in my dorm room.

It should be noted that a female carrying her mattress around with her is not a sign of willingness.

Why bother with a video of the contract? Just make documentary video evidence of the whole encounter from A to Z?
“OK, babe, do you consent?”
“Oh God! Yes! Yes,yes,yes!”
“Do you still consent?”
Pant, pant, pant, squirm...”Oh My God!! Eeeiiiiyahhh!! Yes! Yes! Don’t stop!”
Sounds like consent to me.

I have not laughed this hard in a LONG time. I can see an ISIS fighter taking a selfie with a female victim prior to sex. Will probably read something like, “I agreed to have sex with Mohammed instead of having my head cut off.”

Next up, a requirement to video everything. Don't laugh. It has been, and increasingly will be happening, for the guy's self defense. I was reading about a false date-rape claim which was dismissed after the guy's lawyer revealed that the entire incident was recorded by the guy's laptop's web-cam.
This has gone too far. We need to bring back older definitions of "consent". The girl needs to not just have been intoxicated, but unconscious and unaware, in order for lack of consent to be asserted. We also need to go back to the standard "if the woman voluntarily went into the guy's bedroom, then that's consent".

Yes, they better be specific as to the orifices to be explored, as well.

So, if she changes her mind before the sex starts, he gets a get out of jail free card? Because that is the unintended consequence of this stupid idea.Don't be silly. The woman can always change her mind, even during sex, or afterwards and feeling regret, and the man is still guilty of rape. Don't you know the rules, you Oppressor?

This is as much the fault of women as it is the men. If/when she wakes up in the morning (or late afternoon)feeling like a slut because she realized what happened and knowing that she did say yes, she could say that it was not consensual, thereby putting into motion a process that somehow does not bring her honor into question...but guess what, honey...It’s probably already too late for that.

Even this is not enough, since either party could decide, mid-coitus, that they have changed their mind and no longer consent.
That’s why I am hiring myself out as a “Consensual Sex Witness”. I will sit quietly in the corner of the room and document that consent is asked for and given throughout the whole process. Then, if there are ever any allegations or legal issues, I, an uninterested third party, will be available to testify as to the consensual nature of the acts.
To: centurion316
Insufficient. The contract will be required to be notarized, it must include the results of a BAC, it requires a video that includes the period prior to the sexual act, the act, and the aftermath. The video much include both before and after affirmation by both partners that they are agreeing to consensual acts and that they are both sober.
I think there should also be a three day cooling off period.

Radical feminist: Women are just as sexual as men and have as much right to as much free sex without old, white male moral busybodies telling us what we can do with our bodies.
excited male: good, I agree ....now let's have a lot of sex
rad feminist: what!! How dare you think I'm some sort of sexual creature available at your whim for your filthy, twisted male desires, you RAPIST you!
eager male: But, but, but,...you just told me you were a sexually free female who wanted to have a lot of sex!!??
Rad feminist: why would you think that? Just because I said something doesn't mean I really meant it. First sign this contract and sign at every stage of our sexual act
bewildered male: but I thought you were sexually free...who needs a contract for an act of love? The way this would go, you could charge me with being a rapist if you didn't like the sex.
rad feminist: well, I reserve the right to change my mind. I'll determine what is right and wrong and whether you're a rapist or not. Still want to have sex?
To: albie
And if they do sign the contract, the guy can do whatever he wants for as long as he wants.

We also need to go back to the standard "if the woman voluntarily went into the guy's bedroom, then that's consent".Sounds like a ruling a Court Martial once made: "Nobody ever got raped in an upper bunk."

You mean God really DOES know whats best for us?Yep. Imagine that! The bar cruising crowd is lucky to score a couple times per week. That was an average day for us 30 years ago and is a typical week for us now.
