Bristol Palin got it very right in her latest blog post. “Tripp, this new baby, and I will all be fine, because God is merciful,” said Palin. God’s got this. Palin may apologize to Him, but she certainly doesn’t owe one to anyone else. Especially those with an agenda bashing her online solely because they already had a visceral hatred for her and her mother.

If the Palins don’t want media, haters, or just people to talk about this, then they should not have made it news.
I know quite a few people that are pregnant, but don’t announce it to the world. Don’t expect privacy when you make your life public.

I have never understood how someone of such caliber as Sarah de-evolved into conservative “unusefullness”...perhaps naivete, on her part of not realizing how much the Left does hate.

Perhaps her daughter has some rebellion in her, not sure...makes me want to keep teaching my kids and keep their eyes wide open. Reality is you can’t separate the daughter from the mom and say, well, she isn’t Sarah, so it bears no impact to Sarah...not true, it does steal some credence from her and that is a shame...how her daughter didn’t learn, didn’t listen, not sure. Sarah kinda vanished in a way, so what happens behind the scenes in her family is her business...however, it has stolen some of her valor.

She is old enough that she is not her “mother’s” problem. But Bristol should shut up, raise her kids, and stay home with her legs crossed.

I have twin grandnephews, born “WBOC”, and they are the most beautiful, smart, adorable, funny, jolly little two-year olds on the planet. They bring daily joy to my Mom, who lives downstairs, and during my recent visit, she would light up with joy every time she heard their little feet running around upstairs. Children should never be penalized, or have to forfeit their lives, because of a stupid mistake on the part of their parents.

I think people are upset because she was paid a quarter million to go around speaking abstinence and having kids while married but then gets pregnant with unprotected sex. If she returned the money, perhaps some would give her a break.

My wife brought a good point; the woman was running around the country on paid speaking tours talking about how it is better to wait, keep the legs closed and get married first, and now this.
My wife said it best as to what was done here, “Do what I say and keep those legs closed everyone else, but not me bitches “. Plus she got paid to speak about what she did not do.

Sarah is great, her daughter is a not so hot mess who took advantage of her mothers fame to get on a dancing show and make money that and other ways. Maturity and good judgment have not been her strength and she makes her family look like the Alaskan Hillbillies.

I’ve read that the father is her ex-fiancé Dakota Meyer, so it’s not like Bristol was a complete tramp. She seems to be a decent young person who makes mistakes like every other human and unfortunately the Palin family is in the public eye.
