haha, that’s way overkill.

real nice though, if that was in a truck it would probably twist the frame apart.

They need to steer clear of Cummins, they’ve rode their rep too long. They don’t hold up to Duramax.

That mockup sure looks good though, however if it’s a 2500, it’ll be 3/4 ton. That one looks like a dually, so that would most likely be a full one ton.

I almost wish a turbo diesel Tundra was available, but I'm sort of glad it isn't. I don't need to be lusting over a $70k truck for goodness sakes.

Moreover, I don't pull a trailer justifying a one-ton turbo diesel tow vehicle, which is good since I'd want to wait for a Toyota Group product if I did. I own a lightweight 20' offroad travel trailer that weighs about 3200 pounds all loaded up with everything I need to camp off the grid for a week.

My daily driver (and tow vehicle) is an imported Hino-manufactured industrial vehicle that's rebadged as a Toyota for US fleet sales. 100% Japanese with stickers under the hood in Kanji characters, even. I just wish it came with the 1KD-FTV Hino 4-banger turbo diesel. Oh well.
