Compare the sugar content. Skim milk probably has as much, if not more, sugar than whole milk.

I love the grapefruit flavored Perrier. Hard to find though.

Ralph’s now has it in small cans. Hope they keep it in stock.

Dieters drink diet pop because it tastes as good as the high calorie pop.

Want to stop people from drinking diet soda? Put saccharine in it instead of splenda, problem solved..

I’m the same way with white rice.

I love the part the part that is crispy or crunchy, in the corners of a pan.

The Japanese certainly have a knack for naming products.

Pocari Sweat? What is a pocari and why do they sweat?

And then there’s Calpis.

Same.

I limit carbs and I drink plenty of water. But I also like diet sodas ( we call them diet drinks around here).

I can’t stand the sugary sweetness of regular drinks, and I’m not going to take all those carbs into my body.

"Compare the sugar content. Skim milk probably has as much, if not more, sugar than whole milk."

I just googled, and it seems you're right. Skim milk has just as much sugar as regular milk. The removal of fat prevents satiety and allows insulin to spike more.

MrDitter gave up diet Coke last year and he is happier for it. Now he drinks what he calls bubble water, unsweetened unflavored water. Much better choice than Coke or diet Coke.

Dr. Atkins said they have to load it up with sugar to give it some flavor after they’ve pulled all the fat from it. Personally, I’ll take the fat. Refined sugar is not good.

Give a large pizza, cut it in 4 slices because I can’t eat 8, and let me have a diet Coke.

Why cut it?
