Looks like a daily routine in Montevideo, Uruguay.
Never consumed so much meat as during my business trip to that place. I was afraid my gout would act up. Bring your own condiments and own salad if you want to eat veggies.

There’s a somewhat smaller version of this in Mansura, Louisiana (shorter drive). Entire hogs instead of beef ribs, though (Cochon de Lait Festival). Every few years, the event outgrows the old “Barbecue Barn” and they build a bigger one.
