President Obama’s legacy is increasingly in legal jeopardy
The Washington Post ^ | 5/27/2015 | Amber Phillips

President Obama's second-term agenda, it seems, is in the hands of the courts.

Same-sex marriage. Obamacare. Climate change. And now immigration. And in many cases, there is significant doubt about whether his signature initiatives will stand legal scrutiny.

The latest blow to Obama's second-term plans came Tuesday when a federal appeals court in New Orleans denied the administration's request to move forward with implementing his expanded executive action on immigration to defer deportation for millions of undocumented immigrants.

Texas and 25 other states have sued to have it shelved. The drama is sure to ensue for months, writes the Post's David Nakamura, and throw into doubt whether the fight over all of Obama's executive actions on immigration will be settled before he leaves office in January 2017.

Here's a look at other Obama agenda items that are now in the court's hands, and where they stand.

His legacy: He will be remembered as the most incompetent person to ever walk the halls of the White House.

This guy is going to be set for life in a beautiful 8K sq foot Hawaiian house on a few acres, he will make a $300K/speech 4-6 times a year, have SS protection, and live out his life in comfort without a care in the world.

Yup. No legal ruling will change that fact.

No, he will be in our faces 24/7 and never ceasing in his effort to end America and every dust mote remotely American in it.

If only that was his future. I don’t think he will go quietly into the night, hammerinfpg a few nails into a Habitat for Humanity house, chasing some bimbos in skirts, or having Bill Ayers write his memoirs for him. No, he’s going to be a Marxist nightmare for us for another 30 years.

Nope. After his term is up, the next democrat president will be certain to name obam to the next available Supreme Court seat.

He will have so many tee times he won’t have nearly as much time for speeches. He is also one of the laziest persons, let alone President. I don’t see him in the spotlight at all after he leaves the Washington.

No, he'll be in Washington stirring up trouble.

All future incompetent president will be chastised for their obamian behavior. Institutions already named for him will either be demolished or renamed rather than be associated with failure. Unless a new highly contagious disease is discovered that can be named for him, his legacy is likely to just fade away.

"No, he’s going to be a Marxist nightmare for us for another 30 years."

I disagree. I believe that once American goes down the rabbit hole due to Obambi's policies, there will be a new awakening (revolution of sorts).

While many think once the Boomer warriors are gone, all is lost. I disagree. We have the Millennials who have fought in Desert Storm and later in the Aftganistan and Iraq wars. Think about the 10's of thousands of those brave men/women. I refuse to believe they have all forgotten their Oath.

Does it really matter at this point?

Damage is already done.

The communists controlling our White House are well into their end game, and we have no clue what is going on.

Obama couldn’t care less what happens in the courts at this point.

It was never EVER about successful implementation of his BS policies.

We’ve been BLEEDING OUT his entire presidency and we still act like we can recover from it.

Premier Obama’s only ‘legacy’ is a tyrannical abuse of the constitution as he pushes/pulls an unwilling nation toward the mistakes of the Soviet Union, Communist China, and others of similar ilk.
