BOOM: Veteran Attorney Reveals Baltimore Prosecutor Could Face JAIL for What She Just Did
You may perhaps have noticed the swiftness and sloppiness with which Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby charged the six officers involved in Freddie Gray’s arrest with his death.
A number of other people have noticed, too — notably Page Croyder, an attorney and 20-year veteran of the Baltimore State’s Attorney’s Office. In a blog post that was picked up by the Baltimore Sun, Croyder said that Mosby could even be jailed for false arrest.
She also said that, if not an arrest, the attorney was opening herself up to a civil suit by the policemen in the Freddie Gray case.
In the blog post, Croyder wrote, “Mosby has undermined the cause of justice rather than promoted it with her haste. She has created an expectation of guilt and conviction. But her own charging documents do not even support the most sensational charge of second degree murder, and they raise multiple points of doubt about other charges.

How about charges against the mayor for in effect inciting a riot by allowing the thugs ‘’space’ to destroy the city in which she is duly sworn to uphold the law and provide safety for it’s residents?
I can’t believe she didn’t even call a grand jury proceeding on this.

Mosby is an incompetent fool who blatantly tried to Nifong these cops and settle down the looters in Baltimore. But no way will she have to pay for her mistakes.

Yep, so not only is she completely incompetent, she also openly declared that she stood on the side of the CRIMINALS when she declared to them at her press conference that it was “OUR TIME”. Our time? Our time for what? For rioting and looting? For burning down houses, businesses, cars? Destroying lives? Incredible. This woman needs to be removed from office ASAP and disbarred, but of course nothing will happen to her because to do so would be RACIST!
Maybe she could ask the general public for help in building a case like the feds did with George Zimmerman.

Should? Yes.
If I was Mosby, right after I learned to speak properly, I would have presented my evidence to a grand jury.
It seems to me that if I cannot convince a majority 23 people that there is enough evidence to indict a person, then it might tell me that I will have trouble convincing a trial jury to convict based on a much higher standard.
And I would further inform the mob that i will not be rushed or otherwise intimidated into acting in a manner that was not just or based in fact, and that if they persisted in such efforts, they would find themselves charged.
Mosby face jail? It ain’t gonna happen but it’s a very nice thought, after the stunt she pulled she deservers it.
Won’t happen.

You’re right though, she’d get another high paying job being the wife of a councilman and in tight with crooked politicians.
