IMO, both the protestors and the “lady” are guilty of disrespecting the American flag. The word opportunist would fit both parties.

Thanks for the link. I solidifies my belief that our American Flag, the symbol that so much of our blood and treasure has been sacrificed to uphold and respect, should never touch dirt. The protestors are grinding it into the dirt with their feet. At the link you provided, the dirt is draped in it.
