A parent and a juvenile have been arrested after an attack on a Long Island teacher that a group said left the educator unconscious for several minutes.

Under my system, the teacher would be commended for trying to control the unruly child, Annika would get 5 lashes from the cane and Rollock would get 10. If Annika said ANYTHING about her punishment, it would be doubled and if Rollock said anything, his tongue would be cut in half making it very hard for him to argue cases in court.
