Snoring Airline Passenger Stabbed with Pen at Midway Airport
A woman lost her temper, grabbed a pen, and took the noisy matter into her own hands aboard a Southwest Airlines plane.

A woman aboard a Southwest Airlines flight Thursday afternoon couldnt stand the snoring of a man sitting nearby, so she stabbed him with a pen.
Passengers aboard the already delayed Flight 577 out of Midway Airport were perturbed when the pilot was forced to circle back to the gate where Chicago Police escorted the woman off the plane. Other passengers tweeted their experience, noting the woman was just smirking as the flight was stalled.

Well stab me with a pen and bring another round!
I’m curious whether the term fro this is “stabbed” or just “poked”. Some reports in the media are overstated.
I think that “Lenny” is a little light in the loafers.

As we were waiting to exit the plane, the woman sitting immediately in front of him turned around and told him: "You need to see a doctor!". He just smiled sheepishly, and she kept dishing it out. That had everyone laughing or cringing, but she wouldn't let up.
The plane landed at Manchester, NH. The guy was interviewed by FoxNews25 Boston and seemed to be in a good humor (all those gin and tonics) and was not going to press charges. His sleeve was only “bloodied” with blue ink, in about three places. He may have leaned over into her “space”, still her reaction was uncalled for.
People are getting way too violent these days ... and for the stupidest of things!
In the book, "Silence of the Lambs", Lechter's listening to a patient with the same-old same-old "issues" for the umpteenth time, gets fed up, and plunges his pen into the chest of the patient, silencing the whining - forever.

No arrest was made???? What the heck?!!
Hey, in our “outrage is OK” culture, you are allowed to react violently to anything you don’t like or that offends you. Someone is snoring? Stab or poke them with a pen. Someone says they are against gay marriage? Threaten to kill their family. Someone shoots a black kid? Riot and vandalize and loot neighborhood shops. Its all good.
He is lucky that John Wesley Harding was not sitting in the next seat.
My decision a few years go to not ever fly again remains a good decision.
lol
