There was some SR71 training version with additional seats.

There was one copy that had two cockpits. That was the trainer, I believe.

It is also the plane that supposedly flew GHWB to Paris to get the Iranians to release the embassy prisoners.

not sure on the E85, it gives you more octane and more power but much less mileage

There was a single example of an SR-71 trainer which had an elevated rear seat with an additional set of flight controls from which the aircraft could also be flown. The instructor pilot sat in the rear seat. That "blister" on the back of the aircraft greatly limited its top speed (due to additional drag, I presume).

But all other SR-71s had a rear seat for the RSO (Reconaisance Systems Officer). That seat had no flight controls.
